From The Commodity To The Finished Rubber Part

The delivered rubber compounds are stored in our climatic warehouse at an average temperature of 15 degrees to avoid aborning curing of the rubber. The selection of the machine is based upon the tool size, the quantities and the injected weight of the part.

The compound is carried to the injection unit with a screw in a cooled cylinder. Afterwards the rubber gets injected into the heated tool with a clamping force up to 2000 bars. Leading to this process the rubber vulcanize (or curing) in the hot tool at a temperature of about 200 degrees.

The parts are removed by hand and if necessary will post processed (for example deburring & deflashing) also handmade by special trained personnel. For complex parts or pieces with a marginal profile we use the possibility to finish the parts through nitrogen - deflashing.
