DENSO - Primer 027

DENSO - Primer 027 is a base coat out of butyl caoutchouc which is soluted in aromatic free special fuel as solvent. For the application of DENSO corrosion prevention systems and corrosion protection tapes only DENSO Primer is approved for 100 % compatibility. Significant characteristics of DENSO Primer 027 are:
- extrem high adhesion force between pipe surface and corrosion protection tape (peel resistance)
- minor airing time
- can be fabricated directly out of the packaging
- also suitable for non-metallic surfaces
DENSO - Primer 027 is re-usable and can be stored and/or fabricated up to 6 month after opening. Therefore the packaging has to be re-sealed well of course to avoid drying out. Desiccated packages can be disposed as common contruction waste.
