TOK^®-Crete 45 V2.0  

The quick-hardening mortar for fast repairs, used especially for repair and renovation of concrete surfaces, for instance of breaks and edge damage. The material can also be used in cold storage rooms.

Description 

One component mineral repair mortar, mixed with water in a ratio of 1.20 : 20.00 (water to mass of mortar). Compression strength after 8 hours is already approx. 30 N/mm² (at ambient temperature). At 1.3 N/mm², the tensile bond strength  on concrete meets the requirements of ZTV BEB-StB 02 (Zusätzliche Technische Vertragsbedingungen und Richtlinien für die bauliche Erhaltung von Verkehrsflächen - German Additional Technical Contractual Conditions and Directives for the Structural Maintenance of Traffic Surfaces), which are set at 1.0 N/mm².

Uses, application

TOK^®-Crete 45 V2.0 is mainly used for rehabilitation of concrete surfaces, for example on highways and in airports. According to ZTV BEB-StB 02 mineral mortars may be used in these areas. It can be applied even at low temperatures and in damp weather. The underlying surface must be free of oil, fuel and other contamination. A dry surface needs to be moistened, as this creates a better bond. The material is mixed with water and must then be applied within 10 minutes. After approx. 45 minutes the repaired areas can be used again (at ambient temperature).

TOK^®-Crete 45 V2.0 is supplied in plastic buckets with a content of 20.00 kg. A Europallet holds 24 buckets.
