Production at DENSO
For us, innovative products are inseparably linked to the corresponding high-performance manufacturing technology. We guarantee our customers products of the highest, consistent quality. This requires our unrestricted intervention in the manufacturing procedure and a secure knowledge of the process. That is why our production is distinguished by an especially high degree of vertical range of manufacture and the use of a very wide range of manufacturing processes. We start with the raw materials; these are prepared for the manufacturing process according to our own developed formulae and precisely adjusted preparation procedures. The most modern production plant and carefully thought out procedures ensure the proverbial Denso quality in all stages of manufacture.
At the same time, we follow up our tasks and document them completely within our computer-supported GDI system. Our ongoing improvement procedure guarantees manufacture at the optimum price-performance ratio. In addition, the skills and experience we gather allow us to modify production procedures and transfer them to other areas of application. Using such skills and experience, we have become the only producers world-wide of a 3-ply co-extruded anti-corrosion tape. We were also able to produce our TOK Drain Tape only after developing the corresponding, detailed manufacturing process.
The devising of formulae and design make ideas for products take shape. Their availability is created by the capacity to manufacture these products.
